This is always the hardest part, right? You know actors - they just hate to talk about themselves...
Well, I'll try to stick to the interesting stuff and keep it brief:

Born, raised, and bred (sort of...) in Dayton, Ohio.

Only child, but with 3 younger siblings.
(Blended Families = The Best of Both Worlds)

Schooled in Creative Dramatics/Public Speaking at Bowling Green State University, because I like to talk and it didn't require any Math or Science courses.

Wanted to be a Southern Belle so moved to Raleigh, North Carolina.

Realized sometimes wanting something isn't worth all the crap it comes with. Back to Dayton.

Not quite ready to settle down into Midwest life, moved all by my little self to New York on a whim. Dad wanted to cry. Dad did cry, actually.

Got laid off from my horrible day job after 9/11; thought maybe I'd take the time off and the unemployment checks to do something crazy like act.

Going on 5 years in the city: started in Hell's Kitchen, spent some time in Washington Heights, and now I'm calling the East Village home, where I'm getting a great butt from climbing the stairs to my 5th floor walk-up, feeling like the preppy girl who's 60 blocks further south than she should be, and learning that I am capable of navigating below 14th Street after all.
